If the same task is edited in both platforms at nearly the same time, the most recent change wins based on timestamps. For example, if you update a task in Notion at 2:00:00 PM and someone updates it in Slack at 2:00:05 PM, the Slack change overwrites the Notion change. All changes are logged in our system for audit purposes.
Is my data secure when syncing Notion and Slack?
Yes, ListSync uses end-to-end encryption for all data transfers between Notion and Slack. We never store your Notion database content or Slack list items permanently on our servers — data only passes through during sync operations.
